Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCAR)

The year 2025 marks a turning point for the regulation of Bitcoin, Stablecoins and other crypto-assets with the entry into force of the EU Regulation 2023/1114 on the Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCAR).
