»Constitutional Law in Germany« presents German constitutional law
in a transnational, comparative perspective that will enable
foreign jurists to gain, in the space of a chapter, a solid
understanding of both the bases and nuances as well as some of the
complexities of German constitutional law. Already published in
German, the Handbook will also appear in an English version.
